There's a Japanese concept called ikigai - its the overlap of the things you love doing, the things you're good at, the things the world needs, and the things you can get paid for. in the centre is the supposed place where you have found your purpose
It can be a useful way of looking at where your motivations lie at work too.
If your organisation has already given you access to an MBTI profile, you can now include this in your manual.
Myers Briggs Type Indicators are widely used within organisations to help people understand and communicate differences in people - and whilst their accuracy or effectiveness is hotly debated, their popularity cannot be questioned.
